Design and Engineering
At Bridgehead, we deal with the most complex engineering and design challenges, usually we breakdown the projects into phases:
Phase one: Preliminary Investigation, Schematic Design, and report.
No matter the type of project, we would gather as much as data and listen deeply to our clients. For instance, in residential projects, we would focus on the property zoning, neighboring buildings, existing topography, sustainable considerations, local building codes, and most importantly your wishes, the outcome of this phase is the schematic design or report.
Phase two: design development phase; This phase focuses on the detail drawing development, the outcome of this phase would be as follows: Site plan,
elevation,
sections,
MEP Coordinates
Engineering phase: we would provide you with the best and most cost-effective solution for your project, such as structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and BIM.
Construction and Construction management
Depending on the complexity and notion of the project Bridgehead uses a different strategy. For a less complex project, we usually provide a lumpsum approach which executes the construction with a fixed price.
For more complex projects and the ones with the unclear notion, we usually offer construction project management services which we would engage in early in the phases of the project, in this method we would break the projects into several tasks and contract them to the subcontractors, this will make it easier for the client to make changes during the execution phase. please see below some of the services that we offer in construction project management

Design and Build
Instead of dealing with several parties (designer, planner, construction contractors, etc.), we would take responsibility for the whole project, from preliminary design works to construction. This model avoids potential conflicts between parties and leaves you in charge of the pace of the project. Also, there would be lots of saving in this model rather than dealing with a single General contractor which you would not be involved in detail. Our Design and Build is an integrated method that combines design and engineering with construction management skills.
