Depending on the complexity and notion of the project Bridgehead uses a different strategy. For a less complex project, we usually provide a lumpsum approach which executes the construction with a fixed price.

For more complex projects and the ones with the unclear notion, we usually offer construction project management services which we would engage in early in the phases of the project, in this method we would break the projects into several tasks and contract them to the subcontractors, this will make it easier for the client to make changes during the execution phase. please see below some of the services that we offer in construction project management
