Phase one: Preliminary Investigation, Schematic Design, and report. 

No matter the type of project, we would gather as much as data and listen deeply to our clients. For instance, in residential projects, we would focus on the property zoning, neighboring buildings, existing topography, sustainable considerations, local building codes, and most importantly your wishes, the outcome of this phase is the schematic design or report.

Phase two: design development phase; This phase focuses on the detail drawing development, the outcome of this phase would be as follows: Site plan, 

elevation,
